California has long been the Film & TV capital of the world, but recently states including Georgia & New York - using a strategic film tax credit - have lured productions away from CA. This has resulted in the loss of countless jobs and millions of dollars in revenue for both individuals, their families and the state.

Streamline and increase the California Film & Television Tax Credit Program to $1 Billion annually and to include short form and lower budget productions in the program.
